We ordered our package on March 9th and it was shipped on the 10th. We used a 'gift card' so we couldn't use the 'free shipping' (you can't stack coupons). Our entire bill was only shipping cost of $19.98. Well, it's now March 23rd and the package is still not here (tracking says it's close). We fully understood we were GREATLY over paying for shipping, but figured it would at least arrive in a reasonable time. If you're going to charge almost $20 for shipping, the least you can do for such a small item is use USPS Priority Flat Rate Box, which would have only cost $8.95. They would have still made a profit off shipping and the package would have arrived in 2 days. People should be aware that this company OVERCHARGES shipping but uses the cheapest ground they can to maximize their profit margins. This is a very shady tactic.
